George T. Qualley graduated from Drake Law School with a Juris
Doctorate degree in December 1957 and was appointed to the U.S.
Department of Justice under the Attorney General’s Honor Student
Program where he practiced as a trial attorney until 1960 when he
acquired the tax practice of then newly elected U.S. Senator Jack
Miller. Mr. Qualley has been admitted to the bars for the states of
Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wisconsin,
Maryland, and the District of Columbia as well as the U.S. Tax
Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has performed legal services
in a wide variety of state and federal trials involving a wide
variety of issues. Some of the legal issues have involved anti
trust, fraud, trade secrets, Virus Serum Toxin Act, USDA and FDA
regulations and various types of property claims. Mr. Qualley now
functions as a senior consultant to the firm of Qualley &
Bleyhl P.L.C.
