Her journey started in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, selling dinner plates from home. With grit, faith, and flavor, she turned that hustle into a million-dollar restaurant brand rooted in soulful seafood, community, and culture. Today, she runs multiple ventures while mentoring other entrepreneurs to build businesses that feel good and perform well.
